Return policy
We want you to love your The Heart Whisper merch. If something is not right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible US orders.
How to request a return
- Email support@heartwhisper.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Ship the package using the carrier or label we provide.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 7–10 business days. Because orders are paid on delivery, refunds are processed to the original payment method used at delivery or as store credit, as applicable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- We shipped the wrong item or incorrect quantity.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of customized or personalized items, final-sale products, or items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Hygiene-sensitive goods opened after delivery may not be eligible.
