Payment method

At The Heart Whisper, the only payment option available is pay on delivery (cash on delivery).

• Cash — Pay the exact order total to the carrier at the time of delivery.
• Card to driver — If your carrier supports it, you may pay with debit or credit card upon delivery.

How it works

When you complete checkout, no online charge is made. We confirm your order by email and prepare shipment. Payment is collected only when you receive your package at the delivery address you provided.

Currency and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping state. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

Order confirmation

After checkout you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, item summary, and shipping address. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@heartwhisper.com.
